This movie tells the story of a single Valentine’s Day in Los Angeles through a group of interconnected couples. It showed every stage of the thing we all obsess over- Love. There were new engagements, years of commitment, and an all too embarrassingly true depiction of “love” in high school. The great thing about the movie was that it was honest. It didn’t just show the sappy perfection we may all hope for on Valentine’s Day, but included the deceptions, second-thoughts, and heartache that are all part of relationships. Each of the well-known actors of the film portrayed their bit of “love” with honesty so that you really experienced every emotion that came from the events they went through. Though the constant change from story to story, of which there were a good number of, could be confusing at times, it kept you guessing and trying to figure out what would happen next. Who would ever know that nine days after  Alexander Mcqueens mother passed away that his own body was found in his Mayfair home yesturday morning, following his apparent suicide. The death of this Brisitsh designer was a complete shcock to the fashion world. Stated on Mcqueen's twitter page 2 days after his mothers death Stated,  "I'm letting my followers know my mother passed away yesterday if it she had not me nor would you RIP mumxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx..." As his mother layed there dying his mom asked him what he was scared of and he replied  "dying before you". "Thank you son," said Joyce. "What makes you proud?" He replied: "You." The death of his mom really got to him and i guess it was time that he also said goodbye! The fashion world will never forget this loss...R.I.P Alexander Mcqeen you will be missed by many!!

This season its all about making the eyes pop. There are many takes on this trend, our faves this season are.....

Beauty guru Pat Magrath created this look for Christian Dior using a mixture of pastels on the eye and lining them with liquid black liner.  To make this look wearable for everyday make sure the rest of the make up is clean and neutral; opt for a dusky rose on the cheek or a light bronzer with highlighted cheek bones. Today on our list of chic TIBI is the headliner...Designer  Amy Smilovic  combines edgy pieces with playful skirt lengthsand bold colors.The paint splattered sheath mini dress reminds us all why the 60's was a great time for fashion.  Amy reworks the wrap dress by adding bold colors and graphic prints. With all the minimalistic looks of fall its nice to see that color wont be taboo...like I care I would wear neon in a snow storm!
